After glenda part 3
The reason why there’s no electricity…the power lines are down, cut and fell over.
The trees did it. ×_×
One of our dogs favorite snacks are avocados. We have a tree right in front of the house, and whenever she gets out of her cage, she would actually run towards the tree and look for some ripe fruits that fell.
During the typhoon, the avocado tree was cut down by the strong wind and the fruits fell.
When I went there today, she’s out of the cage and she had her hoard of fruits beside her. She collected it after the storm. So my sister just tied her outside so she can keep her avocados.
After glenda part 2
The banester of the balcony was gone and the roof as well. (I think the banester fell and the roof flew somewhere) You can actually see the balcony got torn in half. The roof in the bedrooms are falling and well…everything is leaky when it rains. We can now see the sky and the mountains on the distance clearly.
A tree fell on one of our dog’s cage…good thing he’s okey. All the banana trees are dead. The big tree in front of the house, the one beside the garage, was uprooted. And the other trees were cut in half.
All things outside were muddy and turned upside down. A few went missing.
All animals are good, except for one baby turkey who didn’t make it after the second night.
That was some wind. Good thing rain wasn’t that heavy.
Until now, there’s no electricity and cellphone signal. No electricity also means…no water.
After Glenda part 1
During the typhoon, my sister texted me that the balcony and the bedroom roof flew away. And the rooms got flooded and all the clothes were wet.
I had a different imagination but was never disappointed when I went home to help with whatever I can (but I had to leave again since I have class the next day..so didn’t get to help much).
The streets were a bit hard to go through and almost all the trees were cut down (by the wind). Electric post down so are the wires. The whole place suddenly become to sunny and clear…no more shade from the trees.
My father’s banana trees were all gone…we did get lots of bananas. And the house..in and out…was a mess.
